The Mediterranean island of Cyprus is renowned for its warm climate and

over 9,000 years. As a former British colony, the legal system closely
follows that of the UK .
It's prime geographical location, sophisticated network of double tax

commercial infrastructure have allowed Cyprus to develop into an
established centre for international finance.
The island also benefits from the favourable attitude of the Cyprus authorities who continually strive to create an environment conducive to international business. The entry of Cyprus into the EEC has further enhanced it's reputation and it now offers the most favourable tax regime in the European Union.
