IFG Group plc is a diversified financial services company with full market listings in London and Dublin. The Group provides a range of financial solutions including pensions administration, independent financial advice, and corporate and trust services.
Having successfully restructured the balance sheet and business portfolio in the early 2000s, the Group focussed on its core competencies and set about building highly stable, geographically diverse and long term revenue streams growing organically and by acquisition.
Acquiring James Hay in March 2010 and the subsequent successful integration catapulted IFG Group into the No. 1 position in the UK bespoke SIPP market. The acquisition was strategically consistent with our goal of occupying the leading position in each of our chosen markets.
In the UK, our pension administration business, James Hay Partnership is the largest provider of bespoke SIPPs (self-invested personal pensions) supporting pensions savers and their financial advisors with expert service and flexible, competitive products. The Group has a number of Independent Financial Advisory businesses, including Saunderson House. Based in the City of London, it is uniquely placed providing objective and comprehensive hourly-rate fee based advice to private clients and organisations.
IFG International is a leading provider of corporate and trust services. Operating in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Cyprus, Switzerland and Ireland with further jurisdictional ability, IFG International had a well-proven track record in the administration of internationally structured solutions, including trusts and corporate services.
In Ireland, the Financial Services business comprises our Corporate Pensions and Individual Advisory businesses, IFG Pensions, Investments and Advisory Services. Our General Broking business principally comprises of One Network, the largest distribution network in Ireland which provides a wide range of financial services products.
