IFG Group Directors

Joe Moran is non-executive Chairman of the Company and is one of the founder shareholders of IFG Securities Limited. He is a director of a number of other companies.

Mark Bourke is Chief Executive of the company. Mark was previously a partner in international tax services with PricewaterhouseCoopers US, San Jose, California.

Colm Barrington is a non-executive director of the company since 2005. He is Managing Director of Babcock & Brown Limited and is also a director of Dublin Airport Authority plc.

Mark Bogard, (with effect from 1 October 2004) is UK Chief Executive and responsible for UK IFA and Actuarial businesses.

Declan Kenny, appointed to the Board in 2004, is CEO of the Group's International Division.

John Lawrie is a non-executive director. He is a former chairman of Aberdeen Asset Management Ireland Limited, investment managers to Scottish Provident Ireland whose Irish equity portfolios he managed for over twenty five years.

Donal Lynch, a Chartered Secretary, is director of legal, secretarial and compliance and Company Secretary.

Victor Quigley is the executive director responsible for the Group's Irish Pension and Life Products division. He is also founding editor of the 'Irish Broker' magazine and a former Council Member of the IBA.

John A Rowan joined the Board as a non executive in 2006. Mr Rowan is a former Director of Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc and was UK Chief Executive of Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc until December 2005. He is also a non executive director of Edinburgh House Estates plc.

Frank Ryan, appointed to the Board in 2004, is Executive Chairman of the Group's Mortgage and Title Insurance Division.

Tom Wacker was Chairman and Chief Executive of the Group's operations in the Isle of Man until early 1997 and is now a non executive director. Prior to joining IFG he was chairman of Royal Trust International.

Gary Owens Gary Owens is Chief Executive of IFG Ireland. Gary has over 30 year experience in the financial services industry and has a number of senior positions in both life and non life insurance sectors.
