IFG Group plc has been informed on 11 April 2007 that Fidelity International Limited, on behalf of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, held 3,389,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 4.94% (previously 5.77%) of the issued share capital of the Company.
