IFG Group plc (the ’Company’) has been informed on 2 June 2009 that Bank of Ireland Asset Management (’BIAM’), on behalf of a range of clients who are the beneficial owner of these shares, holds 2,258,508 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 3.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The shares are registered in Nominee Company names, Bank of Ireland Nominees Limited 1,236,519 shares and Mellon Nominees 1,021,989 shares’
