The Board of Directors of IFG wish to announce that pursuant to the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 December 2006 at Jurys Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 at 11.00 am, the Resolution outlined in the Circular dated 29 November 2006 in relation to acquisition of Langtry Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited was approved.
