Dear Sirs
Victor Quigley, an executive director in its Irish financial services division, has informed the Company of his intention to step down from day to day management within the Company and to reduce his ongoing work commitments. The change will be effective from 30 June 2009.
He will remain as a director of the Company in a non-executive capacity.
