The primary aim of the Group is to develop two businesses of scale, one being financial services comprising of a pension administration and personal advisory business operating in Ireland and the UK and the other being international corporate and trustee administration services. The corporate and trustee administration business operates in Isle of Man, Jersey, Switzerland, Ireland and Cyprus but will expand as strategic opportunities develop. The focus is on continually developing long term client and introducer relationships which deliver referred stable recurring and repeat revenue.
The Group aims for each business segment to be able to grow organically and through strategic acquisition and to have a significant presence in each of the markets in which it operates.
The Group’s strategy for the financial services business is to expand the pensioneer trustee business by organic growth and by acquisition. IFG is now the largest provider of SIPPs in the UK market and aims to build a significant corporate pensions administration and advisory business with strong recurring income flows.
The Group’s strategy for the International Corporate and Trustee business is to expand through a combination of organic growth and acquisition led activity both locally and internationally. The International Corporate and Trustee business operates in five primary markets, Isle of Man, Jersey, Switzerland, Ireland and Cyprus, through which it offers its services. Trust and corporate services include - the establishment and ongoing management and administration of companies; trusts; limited and general partnerships; limited liability companies (LLCs) and foundations in all the jurisdictions in which we operate and fund administration services.
